When Russian and US officials prepared to talk about a 30 -day ceasefire proposal, Ukrainian President Wolodmeer Zelnsky accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of wanting to extend the war.
Zelinsky wrote in a post on X, “Putin is afraid to directly tell President Trump that he wants to continue the war and wants to kill Ukrainian residents.

Earlier this week, after Ukraine agreed to the US Seas fire proposal, Foreign Secretary Marco Rubio called on Russia and told reporters that “Ball is now in a (Russian) court.”
Zelinski added, “As we have always said, only one stalling, only one is non -made, Russia. They need this war. Putin has stolen peace for years and the body has continued this war.”
Now, Zillsky says strict sanctions are necessary to deal with Putin and to end the bloody three -year war. While President Donald Trump told reporters that he wanted peace, no sanctions, he acknowledged that the United States could take financial steps that are “very bad for Russia”.

On Thursday, Putin said he agrees with the US plan for a 30 -day ceasefire in the “Rule”, but indicated that Russia would not sign the agreement in its current form. As long as Russia commits the project, Ukraine agreed to the project after talks with US officials in Saudi Arabia.
