The state and the federal lawmakers have tried to root out diversity, equality and involvement programs in education, a former chief diversity of Wisconsin Madison University showed a “important break” in decisions and financial responsibility.
According to a local outlet, the missing Charloston was removed from his role in January as the Chief Diversity Officer, though he is as a faculty member. Fox 6.
According to Fox 6, an internal report revealed that Charleston increased most of his employees from 10 % to 23 % without justification, as state legislators were trying to eliminate DEI measures at Wisconsin System Universities.

Records also show that Charleston spent 000 21,000 on massage therapy, 000 18,000 and resort city on a conference in Lake Geneva.
In December, Charliston said a former Provost instructed him to spend 6 million extra.
According to the internal report, Charloston’s per employee cost was the highest on the campus.

This came when President Donald Trump tries to eliminate DEI programs across the country, including higher education.
Wisconsin is among about 50 universities at Medicine University, which are being investigated by the Department of Education on charges of racial discrimination, except for certain races from specific programs.
The organizations were warned that they could lose more federal money than race -based priorities in admission, scholarships, programs or other activities. The department’s investigation focuses on the partnership of universities with a PhD project, which is a non -profit organization that encourages black, Spanish and local American professionals to get a business doctoral degree.

The Trump administration believes that the DEI programs have excluded white and Asian American students in violation of the 1964 Civil Rights Act title VI, which banned discrimination on the basis of race, color and national origin in federal financing programs and activities.
