Konki was last seen walking on the beach outside Rio Republic’s around 4:50 am, but his friends were apparently not reported to be missing until 4pm on March 6.

Authorities in the Dominican Republic have said that there is no suspected person and this is a case of a missing person, there is no criminal case.
The Loudon County Sheriff’s office is not the central agency but said he was working with the FBI and he was sending spies to the Dominican Republic.
