According to Georgas, her daughter was “frightened” and “extremely upset” when she was using the girls’ bathroom on February 5, and she saw that a transgender student was also using facilities simultaneously.
“It was told by the administration that a student can use a bathroom as well as a female locker room as they now identify as women.”
George then raised the issue to the school administration, noting that he believed that it was a direct violation of President Donald Trump. “Men keep away from women’s sports” In his speech, the executive order said that the administration informed him that, on the direction of his legal advice, the student was free to use both girls ‘bathrooms and girls’ locker rooms.

Georgas said that when his daughter and other classmates refused to turn into their uniform during physical education, the situation worsened because the transgender student was present.
He claimed that the next day, school administrators pulled the girls aside and later turned them into uniform.
“On that day, (Assistant Superintendent for Student Services) Joanna Ford, (Assistant Principal) Kathy Wan Tracy, and several teachers all came to the locker room of the girls, which turned them into uniforms. This is going on all week,” he added. “

As part of Georgas’ speech, he called for the district to move forward with nominated facilities for biological men and biological women.
Georgas appeared on “US reports” last week when he expressed his biggest concern about the situation.
“It sets such a dangerous view for girls everywhere by allowing men to go to safer places. My biggest concern is that an adult, biological man – who is not transferred – can freely access women’s bathrooms (and) locker rooms, which is a threat to their protection and confidentiality.”
Fox News Digital contacted the Justice Department and the Department of Education to comment on the complaint.
