If You Love Margaritas, You’ll Adore This Refreshing Frozen Cocktail

If I can buy you a bottle of wine, it will be a good bottle of talent. And, if I become a bit corrupt and tell you what to do with the gift, I will make sure you got it upright. Missing is a spirit that does not require mixing: it is shiny and smoky and is like oil, still bright and herbs like the best wine. But, once you make sense of things, once you are tied to this salty psychological profile, I tell you to hurry up and make it beverage.

There is no harm in the standard Paloma. Tekla works great with lime (two) and sweet tart grape soda, and it is worthwhile that this fansed version is also developed with fresh grapes. The new favorite use of my Egau Spirits, though, is in this frozen beverage, which is as bright and sharp as Margareta, but not much sweet. Fresh grape juice is soft, flowers, with a balanced bitterness. The same is what makes it really good, which includes a subtle sewage quality and a layer of herbs, such as orange leaf in good olive oil. You can understand the misskel as smoke, but the smoke of the roasted fire is just a whisper in the beverage, which is allowed to shine with a little salt. If it is gone, you will remember it, but it does not strengthen the fresh aspect of the cocktail.

In her beautiful book The little victoriesJulia Torah shared a prescription for the Paloma Slash, which kicked my obsession and attracted me to this beverage. The version of the trash starts with fresh grapes and wine, with kosher salt, honey and ice rotated in a blender. Instead of squeezing lime with lemon juice, although, she cuts the peel from each lime and pops the rest of the fruits into the blender. This means that you get more juice than every fruit, but there is a bit of change that makes me afraid. Some limes are big! Something younger! Some are strangely dry. Poping with some juice. Instead, I know exactly how much lime is to add, even if it means an extra measuring step.

In addition to changing alcohol for the mergel, I made another adjustment. I want to restrict the last-minute turmoil as far as possible, so I prefer to sell the ingredients in a cell container-I use Mason Jar for it, but even a freezer safe zip lock bag works if you seal it carefully-and mix it in the freezer. Once your guests arrive, it reduces the preparation, but it also provides the opportunity to cool the mixture of alcohol and juice. Ok a couple of hours. Are four better; Well up to 10. There is plenty of alcohol and sugar to prevent it from making it solid. Mixed with ice, your pre -cool pluma stays a little longer, which is beautiful day -to -day hot day.
