In a major promotion of India’s luxury real estate sector, Triba Developers and Smart World Developers have announced the launch of the Trump brand’s second residential project in Grogram. With this, Grogram has become the only city in the world – in addition to New York – to host Trump’s two towers.
The Trump residence will consist of two amazing 51 -storey towers, a new project called Gurgaon, which lives in 298 ultra -wooded residences. With a total sales area of 12 million square feet, the cost of the project is about Rs 2,200 crore and will be completed in the next five years.
What’s inside Trump’s residence?
Designed to renew the utility, the towers will be proud of a glass distance, private lifts, double altitude rooms, floor windows, and clean sighting of the aravals. Apartments are being launched at Rs 27,000 per square foot, which is priced from Rs 8 crore to Rs 12 crore.

India’s location in Trump Portfolio
This is the sixth Trump branded project in India after the launch of the Trump Towers Delhi-NCR in 2018 and the second in Grogram. Six, four projects located in Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata and Groogram have already been completed. The Trump Branded Office Complex in Pune was also recently announced.

Who is doing?
Although Smart World Developers will oversee the construction, development and customer service, Triba (official representative of the Trump brand in India) will lead to design, marketing, sale and project management. The Trump organization continues to provide branding and global surveillance.
