Former all postmaster Lee is launching legal proceedings against the Castlton Post Office and Fujitosu, the first individual horizon to prosecute both organizations.
The case is a highest profile of the scandal in which hundreds of sub -postmasters say incorrect software say money is missing from their branch accounts.
Mr Casalton wants compensation, and was fraudulently charged against him of the civilian decision.
“I want justice and prove publicly,” Mr Castelton told the BBC. The post office and the military have been contacted to comment.
On Tuesday, Mr Castelton instructed his lawyer, Sims Moire Head Burton, to take action against him against the post office and poverty in the High Court.
While other victims have seen their sentences ending, Mr Keslton’s civil decision is still standing against him. The legal action is a decision that the decision.
“I also want to keep my day effectively in court,” said Mr Castlton, who is about to receive his OBE next month.
He told the BBC that he has little confidence in the compensation schemes that the post office has formed to compensate the wrongly convicted sub -postmasters to want to be heard in court instead.
Mr Castlton never started the compensation scheme, though he received interim payment.
He says he also wanted to take action to help other victims fight for their compensation.
In 2007, Mr. Castlton lost a two -year legal battle against the post office when he alleged that he had recovered 000 25,000 cash, alleging that he was missing from his branch in Braldington, East Yorkshire.
When his legal insurance ended, Mr Castelton had to represent himself in court and was brought down with a bill of 1 321,000 in legal costs, which he could not pay and did not declare bankruptcy.
“Now we know from the post office inquiry that they want to make me an example,” he said.
His lawyer, Simon Goldberg, says “Lee suffered a fight against David vs Golith against the post office and we are fully prepared to take it to the High Court if we need it.”
During a public inquiry, it was revealed that Mr. Castleton was not disclosed during his judicial proceedings.
In the case of Lee, the court will be told in the petition that the post office, which conspired with others, stopped evidence about the dissent of the horizon system. A witness from Fujitsu also presented evidence in his case.
“What we are saying effectively is that the claim against it was a matter of misuse of the process,” says Mr Goldberg.
He added, “We also believe that the decision was obtained through fraud that the post office and military were well aware that the horizon system was not working properly.”
