El Salvador President Nayeb Bokli has said he has no intention of intending to return to Klamer Abrago Garcia, a man mistakenly deported from the United States, who compared the “terrorist smuggling” move in the country, Reuters Notified.
Addressing President Donald Trump in the White House, Bocal refused to regain the authority to return US Abbagra Garcia despite the US Supreme Court -backed order.
“The question is funny. How can I smuggle a terrorist into the United States?” Bokli said, echoing the allegations of Trump’s officials that the Abrago Garcia is affiliated with the MS 13 gang. According to recent court decisions, no reliable evidence has been presented to support the allegation.
Trump, while aligning with Bokel on immigration policy, expressed his commitment that more and more non -documentary immigrants have been committed to deportation in the El Salvador, which is allegedly praised by the alleged gang members for the Bokly imprisonment. Many of them, including Abbago Garcia, have been sent to the center of El Salvador’s high security terrorist prison, which has been criticized for allegedly violating human rights abuses and detaining innocent people without proper action.
Attorney General Palm Bondi claimed that the judicial order only orders US cooperation if the Al -Salvador is ready to return. Secretary for Foreign Affairs Marco Rubio further argued that foreign policy decisions remain with the president, not on the judiciary.
Despite the lower court order and the Supreme Court’s refusal to stop it, the US government believes that Abrago is not obliged to secure Garcia’s release from the custody of the Salvador. Earlier, Abrago Garcia, who had US work permits, was protected by the immigration judge due to fears of group violence.
Demonstrators, including Abbago Garcia’s American citizen wife, gathered outside the White House, and urged Trump to follow the court’s direction. “President Trump, now bring Kalmar home!” A protesters announced.
Meanwhile, Bocal rejects concerns about mass imprisonment, told Trump: “We have imprisoned thousands of people – I say we have freed millions.” Trump praised Bokly’s crackdown, replied, “Can I use it?”
