Ms Dhoni chased Chennai Super Kings (CSK) by a thrilling five wickets against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), chasing 167 targets in the final of a tense IPL 2025 clash on Monday.
Dhoni, who also captained the team, played a significant chemo, scoring 26 runs to seal the victory. Shivam Dob anchor anchored Chase with a composite 44, as a strong start of CS was recovered from the rotation of the middle innings.
Earlier in the evening, Dhoni won the toss and chose the bowling first. LSG captain Rashabh Paint attacked the first half century of the season, scoring 63 runs and scoring 7 runs.
