The Mine Government Janet Mills issued a statement on Wednesday after the US Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against the state on Wednesday, justifying the translation of the state’s trans -athletes in girls’ sports.
In response to the mills, a phrase was written, “I have fought hard for the rights of women and girls for the health and well -being of children and families.”

Lorel Libby, a prominent representative of GOP, spoke against the mills in a statement to Fox News Digital to mention the sentence.
“Let me make it clear, Governor Janet Mills claim that they are always standing for the rights of women and girls in the mine. It is completely wrong. The judicial case against the Mine is proof that it is proof, because it insists that the issue has nothing to do with biological men.”
“It is not about the rights of the states, as it claims. It is about Governor Mills and Mine Democrats that ignore biological reality. Ignoring the title IX, they have discriminated against women and girls, and the mine is suffering from a loss to students and families.”

The Liby, who was at a Wednesday press conference, where US Attorney General Palm Bondi announced legalism, has been one of the most toughest critics of the mills in the past two months as the state has refused to keep President Donald Trump’s men away from the women’s sports order. After signing Trump’s order on February 5, Mine was one of the early states that expressed his intention not to comply.
The Liby pointed to the state’s ongoing trans -inclusion policies when it created a social media post that identified a biologically male trans athlete, which won the Girl’s Pole Walt competition for Grilly High School in mid -February.

Since the post, two federal agencies have launched an investigation in the state. The agriculture department has frozen funds for this, and now an official case has been filed by the DOJ. Mine has filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration for freezing funds, and a federal judge has ruled that the fund should be inaccessible.
Meanwhile, the Libyan was censored by the Democratic majority for his social media post in the Mini -House of Representatives on the basis that he had identified a minor. The Libye has since sued the House Speaker Ryan Facto to remove the censorship, and argued that the minor he had identified has already advertised in other media.
